We figuratively tried to drive him crazy but he is unflappable! it was a pleasure to work with someone who was always the calming nature we needed during a time that can be so stressful.

He handled every offer, counter-offer, and counter-counter-offer with class and expertise and always made sure he had our best interests at heart.

Any question we had was answered and like a true professional facilitator, if randy did not know the answer, he found out the information without trying to gloss over any of our concerns.
